1. Consultations and Bookings

All consultations booked online are free of charge. Booking a consultation does not guarantee a tattoo session. Session dates are confirmed directly with the artist following the initial consult.

2. Health and Safety Requirements

Clients must be at least 18 years of age. You must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or blood-borne illnesses before the session. We reserve the right to decline service if safety protocols cannot be met.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom tattoo designs created by Rishab remain the intellectual property of Protagonist Studio. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used in other commercial projects without explicit written consent.

4. Aftercare Compliance

Clients are provided with detailed aftercare steps. Protagonist Studio is not responsible for complications arising from negligence or deviation from the provided aftercare instructions during the healing process.
